I had a great stay at Hotel Ngoc Anh – a clean, quiet room with good WiFi and a nice balcony view. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well-soundproofed, which made it easy to rest. I would stay again!

Cant really tell. The staff did not inform us upon arrival that rooms were fully booked. Waste of my time.
